Any item can be replaced or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, upon showing the invoice and provided the item has not been used and is as new as at the moment of the delivery.
The Cancellation and refund will take place within 48 hours after the customer receives the item, according to the terms specified hereinabove
Only 50 NIS worth or above items might be Changed/returned.
How can you change or return an Item?
- Contact us – please call 054-2023780 between 10:00 and 16:00 and inform us of the details of the change.
- Send us the item – the item must be sent to us by registered mail at:

With a purchase invoice and the contact information (Phone and shipping address) as well as the details concerning the item you want to receive in its stead. All shipping fees will be paid by the client.
- Replacement – the new item will be sent to the requested address. The new item shipment fees will be paid by us.
* If a second replacement is requested, all deliveries fees will be the Customer’s.
All items can be replaced during one of our sales or directly at our studio (fixing an appointment in advance at the 054-2023780) showing the invoice
Orders will be delivered at the Customer’s address at a cost of 35 NIS within 3-5 business days.
Distant places might take 5-7 business days
